This service is for young people aged 10 to 17 inclusive, where a parent or guardian is unable or unwilling to attend and support; and the winning bidder will be expected to liaise closely with the council's Youth Offending Team, local police and other necessary agencies. The successful provider(s) will be responsible for providing a 7 day per week Appropriate Adult provision between the hours of 8.30am to midnight weekdays, weekends and all Bank Holidays, as defined by the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (1984) and its Code of Practice.
