The council wishes to tender openly for RIBA Stage 4 designs and professional services required for the first of two Work Packages (WP). Work will be delivered over a two-year period with WP 1 (24/25) focussed on design, planning and procurement and WP 2 (25/26) on delivery, installation, commissioning, and handover. WP 1 should be completed by October 2024.
