The Council wishes for its refreshed plan to be 'made' and adopted by the Planning Authority (Broadland District Council) by the expiry of its current Plan, in May 2026. Through a thorough review process, the Town Council seeks to assess the current Neighbourhood Development Plan's Vision, Objectives and Spatial Polices against a new and comprehensive evidence base. It is anticipated the refreshed Plan will utilise Design Codes as a means towards achieving the refreshed Vision and Objectives. The consultant will lead on the refresh project but work closely with the Town Council's Neighbourhood Plan Review Working Group and the Town Clerk. Applications and any supporting documents or evidence must be submitted in electronic format by 4.00pm on Monday September 2nd 2024.
