Our Evaluation framework will provide real-time learning that drives continuous improvement in the services and activities we offer and help us address wider system-change. We also see evaluation as central to our participation strategy, enabling our work to be shaped directly by people accessing our services. We are fully committed to ensuring that participants have every opportunity to shape and influence how the Project develops and how it works at both operational and governance levels. In order to achieve our goals for the Project and for individual participants we believe it is essential that participants are fully involved at all stages and at all levels. The two key elements of this work are: 1. The development of an Evaluation Framework and support to the evaluation process throughout the duration of the project, in line with Section K of our Project Plan. 2.
