The instrument must have excellent imaging capabilities, as well as the ability to handle Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) and Electron Backscatter Diffraction (EBSD) investigations. We also require a TOF-SIMS detector and electron beam-induced current (EBIC) electronics.)
