## Notice

This Agreement is for the continued provision of Services as defined in the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs ("DEFRA") contract with the Contractor "Electronic Recording of Fishing Activity (RMP5152)", reference code 11012. This agreement is a Pan UK agreement, which delivers Services to the UK Fishing Administrations, namely: The Marine Management Organisation (MMO), an executive non-departmental public body sponsored by DEFRA, Marine Scotland (MS), Department of Agriculture and Rural Development ("DARD") (Northern Ireland), the Welsh Assembly and Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture "DEFA") (Isle of Man Government). The UK fishing Administrations intend to deliver these services themselves from 1st July 2016 and are actively proceeding with developing solutions for this. In the event that these organisations solutions' are unable to deliver the Service from the 1st July, then this Agreement will ensure that the Contractor will continue delivering the Services as defined in the "Electronic Recording of Fishing Activity (RMP5152)" Contract. Extended in May 2017 - as permitted in Contract
