## Summary

Notting Hill Genesis (NHG), one of the UK's largest housing associations, is initiating a tender for the "Planned Upgrade/Improvement Works Dynamic Purchasing System" in the refurbishment work category. The project is valued at approximately £360 million and encompasses various locations, including the British Overseas Territories, Channel Islands, Europe, the Isle of Man, and the United Kingdom. The procurement process is in the tender stage, with the tender period concluding on 4th April 2025. Contracts are expected to commence on 18th August 2025 and continue until 17th August 2029. The tender is notably suitable for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), although candidates will be assessed based on specific procurement criteria.

This procurement opportunity offers substantial prospects for businesses involved in refurbishment work across multiple regions, enhancing their service portfolio and expanding their client base. SMEs specialising in construction, renovation, and housing development may find this tender particularly beneficial, given NHG's extensive operational scope and commitment to maintaining quality housing. Companies capable of delivering large-scale improvement works while ensuring compliance with NHG's procurement framework will be well-positioned to capitalise on this long-term infrastructure project. By participating, businesses can leverage NHG's reputable platform to foster growth and establish a firm presence in the social housing sector.
