The opportunity will be procured as three seperate Lots with no limit being placed on how many Lots a contractor can bid for or win. The Lots have been split in to the individual regions: o Lot 1 East o Lot 2 South o Lot 3 Yorkshire The successful contractor(s) will have a proven track record of providing these services/works. The initial contract period will be 36 months, with the options to extend based on 2 x 12 month extension periods - subject to performance. The Terms & Conditions of this Contract will stipulate that Accent will only consent to the sub-contracting of any works under this Contract being carried out by a Sub-Contractor which shall be limited to a Sole Trader engaged by the Contractor and approved by Accent.
