## Notice

The Contracting Authority is seeking to enter into contracts with suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake major and responsive repairs and voids refurbishment works within the borough of Greenwich. The details of works to be delivered under this contract are set out in more detail in the procurement documents. This is a boroughwide contract and the Contracting Authority intends to enter into contracts with up to four (4) Tenderers (i.e., the top four (4) highest scoring Tenderers), who will be used as the main Contractors in relation to the Works. The duration of the contract will be for an initial period of four (4) years with the option to further extend the contract on the same terms for a further period of up to three (3) years making possible a total contract period of seven (7) years. The estimated total annual contract value is PS8,000,000 (PS8m). The estimated total contract value over seven (7) years including the optional extension period is PS56,000,000 (PS56m).
