## Notice

A site (known as Site 13) has been identified by SMBC which is an existing POS with the potential for further expansion onto adjacent farmland (Phase 2). It is located at the edge of Shirley, Solihull. The proposals for Phase 1 cover three existing fields - the Welcome Entrance Area, the Healing Orchard, and the Secret Garden. This contract of works includes the following works: bulb, plug, fern planting; creation of wildflower meadow areas; installation of a woodchip and timber boardwalk paths to facilitate access; natural play and sculptural elements; and seating. Critically minimal mechanical intervention has been requested by SMBC to undertake the works.
