The current infrastructure does not provide the accreditation required and therefore needs to be uplifted accordingly. These Uplift works will allow DSRS to achieve the new acceptable accreditation. The project will be completed in multiple phases and the 'Phase One' (Design) deliverables will be for a feasibility study and submission of a firm price for the design to build and deliver the overall project requirements.
