## Summary

The Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council is currently conducting a tender for the "NUN - Modern Methods of Construction, Architect and Employer's Agent Framework". This procurement falls under the construction industry category and is located in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. The procurement is at the Planning stage and follows a Restricted procurement method. The deadline for submitting expressions of interest is set for 26 April 2021, with the contract expected to commence on 20 July 2021 and run until 19 July 2025, although call-off contracts may extend up to ten years.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses in the construction and architectural services sector, particularly for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that specialise in modern construction methods, project management, and design. Companies that can provide civil, structural, and groundworks services, as well as those experienced in leading design roles and quantity surveying, are well-suited to compete. As the framework allows for joint ventures and collaborations with local authorities and registered providers, businesses should consider forming alliances to enhance their bidding capabilities.
