Expressions of Interest are now sought from experienced Urban Public Realm Landscape Architects to produce suitable coordinated design for the two area's that demonstrate innovation and ambition, that are suitably costed and aligned to sustainable materials and ongoing maintenance costs. It is intended that the design and appointment of contractors for these spaces is achieved by June 2020. Timeline Potential suppliers are required to express interest in this procurement by Friday 8th November 2019. Subject to the level of interest the Council may then issue a Suppliers Selection Questionnaire (SSQ) to enable suitable shortlisting to take place. The time line for this procurement is as follows: Deadline for EOI 12.00pm Friday 8th November 2019. Supplier Selection Questionnaires (SSQ's) will be issued by Monday 18th November. At this stage a draft specification will be made available to suppliers. Submission of SQQ's deadline 5.30pm Friday 29th November. Invitation for full proposals to be issued on Monday16th December Deadline for full proposals by 5.30pm Friday 17th January 2020. 10 day standstill begins Monday 3rd February .
