## Notice

Importantly we need this to also describe the impact of the quality of care on their lives. This procurement was undertaken following the Single tender action (below threshold) process. The Contract is awarded for an initial period of 3 months with an option to extend for up to 1 month. Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions.
