This can result in inefficiencies in the dealing with the administration of insolvencies when supporting those going through an Individual Voluntary Arrangement for example. As such, the Council require a service that can remove avoidable communication, automate and handle IP correspondence thus increase the efficiency of our service. The requirements cover Platform/ System functions, Assessment and Identification of Vulnerability and Outcomes and Reporting. This contract will be for a period of 3 years commencing 17/07/2023 until 16/07/2026.
