Cheltenham Borough Homes wish to secure a contractor to provide Lift service, inspection repair and maintenance. Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH) currently have 12 Passenger Lifts, 89 Stair lifts, 4 Hoists and 4 domestic lifts within the Cheltenham Borough Homes Portfolio any additions or omissions during the term of the contract will be benchmarked and adjusted against the existing costs.
