This tender covers both The Riverside Group (TRG) and One Housing Group (OHG) part of TRG. We will appoint 1 contractor per lot to deliver these services across TRG/OHG Nationally. The tender is being broken into 2 lots: Lot 1 - Fixed Fall Protection - Service, Maintenance and Repair - National Lot 2 - Lightning Protection - Service, Maintenance and Repair - National You can bid for one or both lots and can win one or both lots. If bidding for both lots you can offer a % discount if you win both lots. Additional information: This tender is available to access free of charge on Riverside's In-Tend Portal. Supplier's must register or login to gain access to the tender and to submit their bid. Submissions must be via the In-Tend Portal also.
