Phase 2 - roof repairs to other sections primarily section Q. The full delivery of the phase 2 works is excepted to be subject to the receipt of further funding. The design and methodology for the phase 1 works has not yet been fully formed and will be finalised under a JCT Pre-contract services agreement 2016.
