The new team will greatly improve the customer experience for external stakeholders and significantly reduce workflow and resource pressures for policy teams across all business units with an outward focus. Members of the team can expect to build a solid understanding across Defra's policy areas, build strong relationships with policy teams and contribute to overall business readiness.
