The Council requires the provision of a new system and all supplier services from solution design through to implementation and data migration services from the current system to a new Financial Management System and then to provide post go live and on-going support and maintenance. The provision will include: * Replacement of the current finance system eFinancials V5; * Work together to review and update financial and procurement processes and procedures against the Council's ideal vision; * Review and replace current interfaces to external systems; * Development of new interfaces; * Review and replace current reporting with improved management information and dashboards; * A training and testing environment; * Integrated Electronic Document and Record Management System (EDRMS); * Management of the migration of data and linked documents from eFinancials V5.
