As a result of the evaluation undertaken in accordance with the Framework Guidance and Rules, British Telecom (BT) Ltd was selected as Preferred Bidder for provision of Brentwood Community Hospital (BCH) and Seax House Lot 1A Service. The scope of this service includes facilitating reliable Wi-Fi network for corporate MSE ICB working at BCH and new HQ at Seax House. The contract commences 01st November 2025 and expires 31st October 2028 with an option to extend for a further 24 months until 31 October 2030. The aggregate contract value awarded is PS74,676 inc VAT (PS27,559 for the first year per annum and remaining years including any extensions the cost per annum is PS11,779). This Contract Award Notice is being published in accordance with the requirements for sub-central contracting authorities, NHS Trusts and NHS Foundation Trusts where the contract value is at least PS30,000 inclusive of VAT in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, which govern the Framework Agreement his Call-Off Contract is associated with.
