All of which are detailed in the attachments included with this notice: Design Functionality Accessibility Administration Hosting & Maintenance Technical Additional information: Clarification on ITT to be received by: 22nd November 17 Deadline for responses: 5pm on Wednesday 29th November 17 Any submission received after the deadline specified above will be disqualified. No exceptions will be made for any reason. However, the Children's Commissioner's Office may, at its own absolute discretion, extend the closing date and time for receipt of tenders specified above without request.
