## Notice

The organisation therefore require a scalable longer term solution that can grow as the operation does and provide flexibility to utilise new services as the business develops and expands. Specific objectives are to provide Teddington with a formal commercial arrangement for the support and maintenance of their current IT network and associated infrastructure, plus maintain software and data resident on the network. To provide this service it is expected that the supplier will need to provide a mixture of onsite and remote support and be accessible to Teddington staff when needed.
