The Recovery Agent should provide debt recovery services for Bernicia in accordance with all relevant laws and legal obligations as set out by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and to the satisfaction of Bernicia. The FCA code of practice will be followed at all times by the debt recovery agent. Recovery Agents must have a licence to allow them to recover debts from debtors on behalf of other organisations. Bidders will be required to provide all the services outlined within this tender document fully and whilst our intention is to award to one bidder, Bernicia do however reserve the right to award to more than one bidder as per the details outlined within this document.
