## Summary

The London Borough of Enfield has completed the award stage of its procurement process for the "Young Persons Supported Living / Accommodation Pathway Service." This project is classified under Health and Social Work Services with CPV code 85000000 and aims to provide accommodation-based support for vulnerable young people aged 18-24 in Enfield, England. The selective procurement method selected for this tender was a negotiated procedure. The contract, worth £3,455,949.11, spans from 1st May 2025 to 30th April 2028, with an initial term of three years and an optional extension for two additional years. Key dates include the award date of 18th December 2024 and a tender period end date of 23rd September 2024.

This procurement presents significant opportunities for businesses in the Health and Social Work Services sector, particularly those experienced in providing accommodation-based support tailored to young people. While the procurement method has been selective, businesses capable of collaborating with large-scale housing associations, such as Christian Action (Enfield) Housing Association Ltd, which serves as the supplier, could find similar contracts advantageous for growth. Organisations that can offer comprehensive support, including educational, employment, and life skills training for young adults transitioning to independence, would be well-suited to engage in this type of public sector engagement.
