Accordingly the Employer is seeking competitive Tenders from suitably qualified contractors in response to this Invitation to Tender with a view to awarding a Contract to a single Contractor for the service and maintenance of a range of small /medium size vapour compression chillers. The Price for the provision of the Services shall be as set out in a specific Pricing Schedule in the format set out in Schedule 1 and this Pricing Schedule will form part of the Contract between the Parties.
