The contractor should provide a price for annual maintenance for installed equipment to Sandwell's premises as detailed on the pricing schedule. The maintenance and repair service shall cover Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (not including bank holidays). Provisions should be made to be able to respond to emergency calls within a 4-hour time period.
