## Notice

The Council's aim is to build a specialist treatment system for young people and adults experiencing problems with substance misuse that enables individuals to make the changes in their lives that will actively: * Promote and sustain the recovery from substance misuse * Engage and retaining adults in effective treatment to prepare them for recovery. The Council is proposing to procure and award contracts for two distinct services: * Lot 1: Young People's Integrated substance misuse service * Lot 2: Adults integrated substance misuse service This is an exciting opportunity for suitably qualified service providers to work with Commissioners, within London's Growth Opportunity, to deliver an innovative and forward looking service with a substantial emphasis upon the prevention and recovery from substance misuse and the harms associated with it.
