## Summary

The East of England Broadband Network (E2BN) is initiating a tender process for the Framework Agreement titled "Everything Net Zero - Services, Products, Solutions, and Support for the public sector transition to Net Zero." This procurement falls under the services industry category and is designed for a range of UK public sector bodies, such as schools, local authorities, and government departments. The tender period is set to close on 26th May 2022, with the contract expected to commence on 27th July 2022 and last for four years until 26th July 2026. The procurement follows a selective method under a restricted procedure, emphasising the need for sustainable solutions to help public sector organisations achieve net-zero strategies.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses, especially those offering innovative products and services aimed at sustainability and environmental solutions. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the fields of renewable energy, waste management, and sustainable construction would be well-suited to compete. The framework aims to foster innovation and flexibility, allowing various sizes of providers to participate in delivering tailored solutions across education and public sectors. This is a chance for businesses to establish partnerships with public sector organisations while contributing to vital net-zero initiatives.
