The British High Commission in Ottawa, Canada is seeking to procure the provision of soft washing, window cleaning and Gutter Cleaning and Inspection Services at various Residential properties in Ottawa. The BHC is looking to secure a three (3) year contract plus two (2) additional extension terms of one (1) year each. New contract will be running from Tuesday 22 October of 2024 to Thursday 21 October of 2027 and if the first extension does take place, it will be running from Friday 22 October of 2027 to Saturday 21 October 2028, and if the second extension does take place, it will be running from Sunday 22 October 2028 to Sunday 21 October of 2029, making the maximum contract length a total of five (5) years.
