The works will include the following elements: * Locate underground services and carry out test digs to prove depth to the services where new drains will be installed over these services. * Mark out development area within the site. * Install a piped drainage system, a secondary sand slit drainage system, detention basin and connection to existing outfall chamber / stream. * Remove arisings to the easement area and shape. * Supply and spread sports sand top-dressing material. * Seeding, establishment, reinstate haul route and easement areas and seed, maintenance to handover including temporary irrigation (estimated 6 months).
