## Notice

The original start date was the 1st January 2023. The value of the modification is PS1,000,000 ex VAT. The original Award value of the Contract was PS2,398,000.00 ex VAT. The new end date reflects the time and the technical work required to update requirements ready for a future call off activity under the FCA Digital Services Framework Agreement (award reference: 2023/S 000-031669) . The total value of the call off following this modification will be PS3,398,000.00 ex VAT. The call off contract will now end either on the 30th October 2024 or sooner if the modification value is fully used before this date.
