Malvern Hills District Council is looking for suitably qualified Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor Services for phase 2 of the development. The second phase will deliver the following: 1. A 3,190 m2 extension involving the demolition of the existing changing rooms to accommodate the following interactive spaces: a. new studio theatre b. two workshop spaces c. photography and film editing and sound studio d. dressing room facilities e. breakout areas and catering 2. The construction of an external amphitheatre overlooking Priory Park 3. An external lift to improve access for all members of the community 4. An upgrade to the Forum Theatre, increasing the seating capacity to 1400 seats. Please see the procurement documents for further information.
