The framework agreement will be available for all departments across the university to use, however it is envisaged will primarily be used by our WMG Department. All interested Suppliers must express interest and submit their tenders via the University of Warwick's In-Tend procurement site www.in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofwarwick. NOTE: The University of Warwick is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and its procurement activities are therefore not subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the obligations under the European Public Procurement Directives, including the European Remedies Directive.
