## Notice

Some category B and unrated premises may also be included. Higher risk inspections will tend to be carried out by Officers within the Food, Health and Safety and Airport Team. Inspections will ordinarily involve Food Hygiene and Food Standards inspections being carried out at the same time and risk ratings for both being given. There may be situations where inspections just comprise of Food Standards or just Food Hygiene.
