Gateshead Council on behalf of Road Safety Great Britain North East (RSGB-NE) are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified partner to maximise the reach of road safety campaign initiatives through a variety of means that covers the 12 Local Authority areas in the region: * Northumberland * North Tyneside * South Tyneside * Gateshead * Newcastle * Sunderland * County Durham * Hartlepool * Stockton * Middlesbrough * Darlington * Redcar and Cleveland. The range of interventions will vary and must be delivered to cover the North East region to maximise reach and opportunities to see/hear/read. The successful bidder will be required to provide public relations, marketing and advertising opportunities, website and social media management, resources and campaign support.
