This Contract is for Wolverhampton Homes, Wolverhampton Council Wholly owned ALMO (Arms Length Management Organisation) The contract is designed to deliver: * Asbestos Management Surveys to residential dwellings (tenanted and void) and non-domestic areas of communal blocks, garages, offices, laundries, community centres etc. * Asbestos Re-inspection Surveys to non-domestic areas within buildings and whole premises * Bulk sample analysis (both programmed and responsive in the event of an emergency) * Asbestos refurbishment and demolition surveys and targeted hybrid surveys * Reassurance air monitoring * 4 Stage Clearance air-monitoring and additional analytical support (i.e. background, leak, personal checks) * Management of asbestos data * 24/7 response for surveying, sampling, air monitoring and professional guidance * Support and advice when required to ensure Wolverhampton Homes (WH) remain compliant with their duties under the current legislation and guidance.
