Through this specification the Commissioners seek to work in partnership to plan and commission the delivery of the Specialist Community Substance Misuse Community Service (Adults). Our vision is to have a modern, integrated, recovery orientated, substance misuse treatment system for individuals, carers and families in Halton who need support to recover from substance misuse and to get their lives back on track. TUPE will apply to this service.
