The Draft Local Plan was recently the subject of public consultation (in January and February 2018) and contains the following commitments by the Council: o The production of a Design Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) o To review the Borough's seven conservation areas in accordance with the Council's statutory duty. o To review and update its list of non-designated heritage assets of local architectural or historic interest. As such to support the on-going Local Plan preparation, the Council is now seeking to engage the services of a consultant to carry out these three important tasks.
