## Notice

Building on the work carried out during the development phase, the Authority is seeking architectural and associated technical support to provide design services covering RIBA stages E-L (work stages 3 - 7) for the delivery of a scheme for 24 High Street. Summary of requirements requiring support services: A new, temporary (5-10 year), accessible piece of public realm A highly flexible space that is capable of hosting a range of events and activities A viewing platform. The protection, remedial works and access for repairs to the building to the rear of the site - detailed scope of works for this element will be provided to the appointed design team.
