## Notice

We are currently procuring an enabling works and strip out package which will take place prior to the main refurbishment works. The aim of this package is to a completely strip out the existing space, revealing the existing building structure and de-risking the project. The scope of works will include: - Refurbishment and demolition survey of the space - Asbestos removal - Partitions/internal walls strip out - Display cases strip out and associated services - Ceiling strip out - Installation of hoarding to gallery atrium - Services strip out and isolation. - Validation / investigation works as required by the museum for the main works
