Participating in this soft market test will neither prevent you from submitting nor require you to submit a bid during the subsequent formal procurement process. we are looking for an independent and impartial Mediation & Disagreement Resolution service to meet the legislative requirements of the Council in accordance with the Children and Families Act 2014, The Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014 and the SEN and Disability Code of Practice: 0 to 25 years 2015. The Service shall additionally provide information and advice about the Disagreement Resolution and Mediation process to Parents, Carers and Children or Young People and assist Service Users to understand the information they may need to apply to their own situation.
