In summary, the services being tendered cover: (a) Employer engagement and recruitment of individuals to undertake training; (b) Development of training and delivery; and (c) Evaluation of the training provision and lessons learned report. Applicants are expected to outline what training topics would be suitable, considering a combination of industry focused skills and complimentary workplace soft skills.
