We are pleased to advertise the Landscaping Package for the NEAR (National Emergency Areas Retrofit) Schemes on behalf of the SMP Alliance. General Scope of Works: Soft Landscaping works across our five National Emergency Retrofit schemes across the M25 North, M25 South, M20, M3 and M4, including but limited to seeding upon completion of the bay construction before the removal of Traffic Management. Other works could include planting, grass, bulbs and wildflower maintenance, maintenance of trees etc.
