The objectives of the procurement are to select a single Service Provider who is able to: o deliver the requirements for both an Occupational Health Service and Employee Assistance Programme detailed in the Specification; and o a quality and value for money service; Each Contract will be in place for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend for a further period or periods up to a total of 2 years taking the contract term to a maximum of 5 years. The Contracts are intended to start on 1 April 2021.
