## Notice

HTTPS monitoring of one URL from within the PSN. This should run every minute, and ensure that the HTTP response code is 200, and also that an expected string constant is found in the page. The response times should also be recorded for historical analysis. Alerts will be sent by email to two email addresses across the internet. This will need to be initially configured to point to our staging environment, so that it can be proven to be working as expected without affecting the production service. Once it has been determined that it is working as expected, the address can be changed to point to our production service.
