SCC housing service manages around 42,000 properties across Sheffield; over 23,000 of these are within block of flats or maisonettes. 790 of the 2700 blocks of flats and maisonettes have communal TV systems which we are responsible to maintain and repair, this would include any upgrades which may be required due to other systems such as LTE (4G) etc.
