Works to the existing Milan Centre adjacent to the existing school are to form a new SEN facility extending the existing Littledown School's facilities. Works to the existing Thomas Grey Centre are to refurbish the existing building to provide new key stage 3 SEN facilities for Haybrook College. Although these were envisaged as 2 separate projects the buildings are linked with all utilities supplied from a plant room in the Thomas Grey Centre.
