Tenderers are encouraged to propose additional benefits and services that have been identified by St Leger Homes as being important in terms of health, sickness and productivity, and following a consultation exercise with employees. The Company currently has 830 employees. This contract is for 2 years with 2 further options to extend of up to 12 months each subject to satisfactory performance. The maximum contract duration is 4 years.
