Walsall Council reserves the right to add or remove properties to this list as changes to the property portfolio occurs during the life of the contract. This process has been advertised in the Find a Tender Service and will be completed in compliance with The Public Contract Regulations 2015 with reference to The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
